HELP! transition to one nap
for the past week DD has been taking one nap at daycare from 12-2.
well this morning she started freaking out and rubbing her eyes at 9:30 so I put her down.
I don't want to keep her awake when she's tired,
What do I do?

HELP! transition to one nap
I would let her sleep. If she is tired its not going to hurt for her to sleep. I don't see forcing a schedule on a child.
We nap if we need to as adults so why shouldn't our kids

Re: HELP! transition to one nap
My DD started on 1 nap at day care long before we did at home. She would take 2 naps at home on the weekends. Just because it's convenient for daycare doesn't mean you LO is ready. JMO

HELP! transition to one nap
I let DD sleep when she's tired. She might be growing, not feel well, or just be tired! It won't hurt her to get rest.
