This is the first time my 14M old is on an antibiotic. As of day 2, he started having trouble getting to sleep for naps and at night (where usually he gets to sleep fine). Today his naps were much shorter and he was up 3 extra hours tonight when he was so tired but "hyper"so couldn't get to sleep. He was also more irritable today.

Also, on day 2 we noticed really red cheecks but I thought it was due to teething (he's getting his molars).

Anybody have similar reactions?

I think I'm going to call the ped tomorrow because I can't have him sleep like this another 7 days.
