What's important to provide babysitter?
DS is 20 weeks and I am returning to work in the next two weeks.
I am going to drop him off a day or two the next two weeks so he gets used to his babysitter.
I want to create something to help her...I was thinking a notebook/or binder with contact info...schedule info...that will also provide her with a space to write when he poops..etc.. Does that sound crazy?
I also purchased a infant seat and have a execauser for her.
What do you think I should do? What did you do? Any advice would be appreciated..thanks!

Re: What's important to provide babysitter?
Having her write down his schedule is good- at my daycare they provide us with a sheet that outlines when they had diaper changes (and if it was just wet or a poop ), when they ate, how many ounces they drank (when she was on formula) How long they napped for etc I found it helpful because it showed me how her day went, how much sleep she got, what she ate etc So definitely have the sitter make notes of all that.
What about diapers/wipes/ etc Will you be providing that?
Is your LO on formula or breast milk?
Changes of clothes, bibs, pacifers etc- basically anything you use throughout the day, the sitter will need to have.
What about sleeping for naps- does she have something or do you need to bring a pack n play or something?

I have sheets for her pack and play and will be bringing her an infant seat...I figured for the 'getting to know you" trial days I would just pack a day of stuff in my diaper bag and then when he starts on full time I would bring a box of wipes/diapers/formula..etc.
