Iron?
For those who decided not to give their children baby cereal fortified with iron, what did you give to your children to meet daily iron requirements?
Since i dont give ds baby cereal and he is breastfed, his ped. Prescribed a multi vitamin with iron and fluoride, but it smells hideous and ds gags on it. I may just give him baby cereal, but just wondering what alternatives are out there.

Re: Iron?
I put the vitamin in milk. Little milk but still milk and made sure she was STARVING by then. Just enough milk to mask the taste but not enough milk she'd leave any left over.

Iron?
Did you try putting them in the fridge? I had to do that with DS for a while and it worked.

Re: Iron?
you don't want to start solids at all?
I preferred not to do cereal as its nutritional value comes from added chemicals. Instead I gave meats, quinoa, spinach, lentils, as early as 5m.
