Land of Make believe
We haven't been with DS but we used to stop there every time we were on our way to our summer house in the Poconos. I probably went like 16 times as a child. It was fun then, but that was the 80's so I guess there is a good chance it is different. haha

Re: Land of Make believe
Actually, it's probably not that different from the 80s. We went a couple of years ago. The rides are somewhat dated, like carnival rides, but the kids lived them anyway. The water area was a big hit. They have a pirate ship and a bunch of little slides and also a lazy river. The price is really reasonable. And parking is free. But I would also look into Lake Compounce in CT. There is more to do, children 3 and under are free, and free soda around the park.

It's cute. Small and manageable, a good day trip.
