How many naps does (or did) DC take at 1 ?

Still trying to figure out if DD is dropping a nap.
The past few months have been crazy & unpredictable so I'm starting over again to try to get her on a napping routine but I'm not sure if I should try the old schedule we had (that was great at the time) when she napped for an hour or so @9am & again around 2pm or if I should try to keep her up until after lunch & have her take one long nap. I've tried this a few times but by lunchtime she's so tired & cranky she won't eat & gets overtired so I'm not sure what to do on this one.
So I was just wondering what other DCs at her age do.

At that age my DD was taking two naps a day. 2-3 hrs in the morning and 1-2 hrs in the afternoon.

At 1 I was really confused with this too, what worked is an early lunch followed by nap

So lunch at 11 nap at 12 dinner 5

Around 2 it all got bumped up 1 hour

My DD is 1- shell wake up around 8, have her 1st nap at 10 for about 2 hrs & her 2nd nap around 4 or 5 for about an hr.

my DD only takes one nap. shes up for the day at about 7, naps around 10 for two hours and then goes to bed for the night at 7 pm.

ETA she is 13 months

He's 13 months tomorrow. One nap. He gets up around. 6:30 then takes a nap from 11 to 2 then goes to sleep around 6:30pm.

My DD is very inconsistent with her naps. Sometimes she'll nap for an hour or hour and a half at 10. Other days she will play through that nap, then take a 2 hour nap at 12:30

dd starting fighting the morning nap at 11 months old. By 1 she was transitioned to 1 nap from about 12-3 somewhere in those hours and still is at 2.

At 1 DS took 2 naps. At 20 months he still takes 2 naps most days. He recently has been looking more tired before his usual 8 pm bedtime. So I've been putting him down anywhere for 7-7:45 depending on the day.

My ds went down to 1 3-hour nap at 13 or 14m old. It was a while ago so my memory is hazy, but I think it was usually around 10am that he went down. Over time the start time kept getting pushed back & now at almost 3 he takes his nap between 2 & 2:30 (if he takes one) & it lasts for 2-3 hours.

At 1, DS was still taking two naps a day. One around 9:30-10am and another one around 3pm. Slowly but surely he started going down later and later in the morning and eventually dropped the afternoon nap (I think around 15-16m).

He was still taking 2 naps at 1 year old. Morning around 10 am and afternoon around 2pm ish for about an 1.5 each

DS just turned one. He naps horribly for me at home. He wakes 6:30 a.m. - 7 a.m. and has a half hour nap around 9 a.m. and a half hour nap around 2 p.m. (if I'm lucky) and goes to bed at 6:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.

At daycare, he naps well. He takes a half our nap in the morning and a 1 1/2 - 2 hour nap in the afternoon.

She has been taking 1 nap since about 10 mos. at daycare she naps from 11:45-2. And at home she takes a long nap usually 3 hours, sometimes almost 4 hrs

She took 2 naps a day at 12 months, 2 hrs at 9:30 and then 2 hrs at 2. She just transitioned to 1 afternoon nap at 15 months, but will snooze in the car if we are out running errands in the morning.

DDis almost 13 months and takes 2 naps. But both naps only range from 30 mins to one hour.

Thanks ladies! It really helps to hear all the responses.
Today I decided to keep her up until after lunch so she can take a long nap.
At 10:30 we were on our way to the playground & she was out at the end of the block!
So I guess she still needs the morning nap (for today anyway) they change so fast I can't keep up!

DD takes 1 or 2 naps. She is 16 months. I think she is moving down to one nap but I can't figure out the best timing for her. She needs that late morning nap around 10 and sleeps for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but then it's such a long stretch to bedtime that she is exhausted and super cranky by like 6, but will rarely take another pm nap. i think i'm going to try moving her nap to 11 and see what happens.

Dd takes one two-hour nap during the week at school. On weekends, she'll take one or two naps, depending on if we're out and about or not.

DS is 14 months and still usually takes 2 naps.

Most days he naps from about 10/10:30 until 11:30 or noon. And then again from 3:30/4 until 5/5:30.

On the days when I need to skip his morning nap I try to put him down around 2. But then he usually doesn't sleep very long and is a crankpot the rest of the day.

So I think we will be sticking with 2 for a bit longer.

My DS takes one nap anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. Two hours is the norm.

He sleeps 10-11 hours at night.
