Advice needed: toddler nail biting
My dd constantly bites her nails and just recently I noticed she is biting her toe nails. She is now 3 and has been biting her nails for the last year, I thought I could bride her out of it or she would grow out of it but it is only getting worst, I have tried bite no more nail polish, hot sauce, briding with manicure(she loves to get one) and punishing her when caught but nothing is working, any advice/suggestion on what to do, no o e in family does it and do t know how to fix this bad habit, can't watch her every sec, especially when taking nap or sleeping at night. Totally frustrated/overwhelmed with this. Thanks for any help!!!
