5 month old only wants mom or dad
My dd for the past week or so cries when ever anyone besides dh and myself pick her up. My other 2 never did this so soon. Isn't she too young to be doing this? Any suggestions when dh and I are planning to go away for two nights and leaving her with my in laws? I am also nervous for September when we return to work.

Start socializing ASAP & if she cries for mom while grandma is holding her just let it be & tell grandma what to do. It gets harder. I have twins boys who are just about 9 months old & getting REALLY attached to me. My Twin A is even starting to hold my leg when I am standing near him. LOL
