Musical instruments (she got a xylophone, drumsticks and a 3in1 instrument for her birthday).
Doctor stuff. She opens her "clinic" every night when she gets home from daycare.

3 year old girls....
my 3.5 yo has tons of toys, but the only thing she ever really wants to play with is anything art-related. her favorite "toy" right now is her journal. she colors in it all the time. she prefers blank paper to coloring books. loves stickers. obsessed with princesses.

DD will be 3 in September. She loves dolls that are small enough to fit in her hand (Lalaloopsy, strawberry shortcake, little people) and making up stories for them to interact with one another.
She loves pretend playing with her larger "baby" dolls and walking them in her stroller.
She loves art (stickers, crayons, paints, play dough).
She loves being read to (Pinkalicious, Dr. Seus, give a mouse a cookie are the big hits here).
Playing board games (Zingo, Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders, Twister).

Art related stuff... she loves her easel, colored pencils, markers and she's really into stamps lately, I got her a cute melissa & doug stamp set with different color ink pads and she always asks to use it.
She also loves little figures that she recognizes from movies/tv shows, barbies, babies and all the stuff that goes with them (little bassinet to put them to sleep, bottles, fake food, clothes, etc).
