WHat to ask at a preschool?

I am looking to enroll DS in a 2 year old program a few hours a week. I am trying to make a list of questions to ask. Any ideas? What would you ask?

one thing that I regretted that I didnt find out until later was their theory on rewards for the children... do they give stickers, or do they give out candy? I had a hard time with my 3-year-old coming home with lollipops every single day.

Level of education of the staff, how they discipline the children, if snacks will be healthy and how you will be kept informed of curriculum. I love our pre-school but there really isn't enought information sent home about what is being taught/read. We get a monthly calendar that is vague...for example, September 12th " letter A"

Really wish they sent home a monthly reading list and more curriculum details for tat home reinforcement.

How they handle discipline
How do they handle parent communication (is there a note sent home every day? Is there a notebook etc)
Education level of staff
Ask about staff turnover (how long the present teachers have worked there)
Ask how they handle potty training
Ask how they handle injuries, such as falls (are you notified by phone, note home etc)
Ask how they handle bites by other kids
Do they follow a curriculum, are there weekly/montly topics?
Will the kids get physical activity every day (such as outside time). What happens when it rains?
Will they provide food and snacks?
Will the kids watch tv or movies?
