Anxiety after birth?

My DS is 8 months and I can't shake this.
I have major anxiety. Every ache and pain I think I am dying.
I tend to stay home to avoid dangerous situations for myself or children.
Is this going to go away?!?!?!?!?!
Please advise!

Re: Anxiety after birth?

You HAVE to see a doctor! It is most likely Post Partum related and some therapy &/or medication will work wonders!

Hope you feel better soon!

Re: Anxiety after birth?

I've been dealing with something similar although my anxiety has been very focused on certain things, not generalized. Speaking to a doctor/medication possibly will help. At the very least, speaking to a doctor is a must. Good luck to you Chat Icon
