Is it ok to go bowling during the 1st tri?
DH wants to go bowling tomorrow and I can't remember if its ok or not...

Yes, you can, but it's a personal preference. For me, I'm going to pass while I'm pg.
I know of many people who bowl through most of their pregnancy, including the first trimester and they're perfectly fine. The drs have said it's fine.
If you choose to go bowling, just stick to a light ball and don't overdo it if you get tired/sore.

I am sure it is, do you always bowl? If so it is prob fine but call the dr. to double check.
I was seeing an RE and he told me NO heavy lifting in the 1st tri so I was totally paranoid about everything. I still lifted light weights though!

I bowled but I think in the 2nd tri... I found a super light ball and only played one game... I watched the rest of the games after to not over-do it

Im in the 3rd trimester and I would still go. I love bowling! Im sure I would be fine because the ball is lighter than the laptop bag I cart all over.

I was on a bowling league and bowled weekly. It's perfectly fine.
