While the whole thing looks like a sham, Suri is def his kid - she looks just like him and there is a strong family resemblance with his cousin who is also an actor (was in lost) - it's the nose.
That being said, there are more than one way to make a baby, some involve  and others don't 
Maybe she will actually smile once this is all over. She seems so miserable in every photo taken ever since she was with him.

There was DEFINATELY a contract involved. My SIL is/was good friends with Katie's publicist when this relationship began.
Everything has been planned since the beginning.

I remember reading her interview where she said as a kid she wanted to marry tom cruise. and then bam they were dating and engaged! i was like.."shit, his people read her interview and hunted her down.."
totally believe though that this was all pre-arranged.
From what she remembers this was all to cover up him being gay. As well as to boost her career and put her in the spotlight.
She was not the first choice but was the first (and I believe) only one to accept.
She got paid A LOT of $$ to do this (more than what is being reported) it was a 5 year contract that she needed to abide to otherwise, she would lose everything. Childreb were also part of the contract - through a surrogate or artificial insemination - which ever she preferred.
Although, I remember my SIL saying something about Suri NOT being TC biological child and throwing the contract for a loop.
I happen to think she looks like Tom Cruise not Chris Klein.
But that could be the reason he gave full custody to Katie - because she isn't his child.

I'm the first to speculate and believe the rumors of it being a contract....
......yet I can't grasp Katie Holmes doing it.
Maybe someone else, but not her. She does not seem the type to do it, maybe that is why?

I find this whole thing really sad. My family knew Tom when he was younger and he was SUCH a nice guy. What a crazy he turned into. Scientology seriously is just terrible.

I totally believe the contract thing, especially because she wasn't really super famous and it kinda launched her into the spotlight.. plus everything was so bizarre and quick.
however I do think that Suri is TC's child because she does look like him...

So many former Scientologists have blown the lid off of this cult-like phenomenon. Its hard to believe intelligent people are drawn into this nonsense.
