Anyone do a Sesame Street theme bday?
Thinking of doing DD's 2nd bday Sesame Street theme because she's obsessed.
Looking for all ideas... food, decor, activities, etc.

We put goldfish crackers in a fish bowl.was tempted to put a real one as a centerpiece but didn't. I Drew Elmo and big bird and colored them and laminated them. I will try to post pictures.

Re: Anyone do a Sesame Street theme bday?
Also, look on pinterest for ideas. Here are just a few pictures we got. We got the decorations at party city, including the cupcake flags. Cake was from Baskin Robbins. Don't know where my mom got the cars.
Loved the cupcakes the PP had but I didn't have time to make them. Wanted to but made simple ones instead.
The banner was from party city. I drew the BB and elmo things, had 2 girls color them and then laminated them. The heat melted the crayon a little while they were getting laminated but I was still happy with them.
We knew red and white polka dots or primary colored polka dots would work. Also did a 1st year photo banner but I went a little overboard.
Got a few elmo balloons and then red and yellow helium ones.

Here are some things from pinterest

Re: Anyone do a Sesame Street theme bday?
We had an Elmo/SS themed 1st birthday for my DS. We had it at Grimaldi's in Garden City and hired Little People Entertainment for a puppet show, hand/face painting and an Elmo meet and greet. Here are some pics of the cake and cupcake favors!
