Not totally sure but i would suspect you're going to see stuff right after today the 4th of July! usually how it is   (i'm a teacher and hate to see that stuff out early!)

probably as soon as today (the 4th) is over...but remember to check the clearance racks for left over summer stuff, and not buy too many fall clothes because the schools are SO hot in sept, they wont need those fall clothes for a while.
