January birthday parties
I am way ahead of myself here, but just curious what do you do for your LO's bday party in January (or other winter months)? Have a small get together at your house or have a larger party at a restaurant? (my LO turns 1 in January)

Re: January birthday parties
no freaking idea! i'm sort of dreading this actually since we're very limited in choices to have a party out where i am and our guest list is getting too big to have at our house.

Re: January birthday parties
Not including DS' first birthday (we did the big party thing), we have had one party at home, and one at a local ice cream restaurant. I liked them both, but preferred home so the timing was more laid back. However, I think that as the number of kids I have to invite gets larger, I won't want it at home.
