Evenflo symphony!!! It's easy to install, it's easy to adjust the straps, it can be rear facing until 40 pounds, forward facing with harness until 65 pounds and can be used as a high back booster until 100 pounds. the headrest is adjustable, so there is little worry of growing out height wise. It also expires after 7 or 8 years (I always forget)

We have the Graco MyRide and love it! Easy to install, and my son is 2.5 and is still comfortably rear facing.
