Not sure about SB but usually 4 nights

I was told 3 nights including delivery, if there are no complications.

I stayed 3 days with my first. I asked to go home after 2 days with my second. Insurance will pay for 4 nights.

Insurance legally has to pay for 4. I went home after 3. Couldn't stand to be there any longer and contrary to popular belief...you do not get lots of rest in the hospital. There is too much going on.

With DS I stayed 4 nights (St. Charles) Having this lo in SB.
