Help!! I can't sit!!
Does anyone else have this issue? I can't sit at work all day. It's my back somewhat but the major issue is the top of my bump. I'm 31 weeks. If I lean forward even a little I get this very uncomfortable feeling like there is just no room in my body for this baby. It's like a muscle pulling feeling and so hard to describe but I have to keep shifting my position and taking deep breaths.
Can anyone relate????

Yes! I will be 30 weeks tomorrow. I get pain mostly in my back though between the shoulder blades. My chair reclines a little so I pull my keyboard back so it's at the edge of my desk and I lean back in the chair. Doing this definitely helps.
