Washington Heights NYC
anyone have any experience with this neighborhood.
I may have to go on Saturday by myself and I've never been. Just wanted to see if it was as bad as everyone makes it out to be?

My friend lives up there.
It's fine. It's not a bad neighborhood; it's actually becoming quite a nice neighborhood. Lots of students, artists, and actors live around there. It has a 'young' vibe to it.
Are there a few shady people? Yeah, but that's just part of living in NYC.
