calculating weeks?

How come one charts says I am 3 months and one says I am 4? Some say 13 weeks is your second tri and some say 14.
One says 4th Month = Wks 14,15,16,17
and another one says
Month Three: Week 12-16
Month Four: Week 17-20
How do you know which one to follow?

if this can come out with me making any sense whatsoever lol --- i take how many weeks i am and divide it by 4 to get the months.. so right now i am 25 weeks -- 6 months & 1 week.. but in my 7th month of pregnancy if that makes sense

so I am 14 weeks does that mean I am 3.5 months and in my 4th month lol?

a month isn't exactly 4 weeks so that's why there's a discrepancy there.

i don't even think about the months most of the time (just weeks).

if i watn to figure out the months, i just figure it out based on the date (LMP was Jan 8 and we're in June now so that's 5 months)

So being "in" your 4th month is not the same as being 4 months pregnant right?
