Buy Buy Baby- With Update
I need help!
After our shower we went to BBB and wiped out the remaining items on our registry (well most of them). However, they forgot to scan the registry so those items never came off of our list. They said it was too late to do it when I realized, but the woman said oh, you can just do that online. I went home and tried to see what I can do- but it seems like nothing. A day or two passes, and a few of the items were purchased! OK, so if I receive them, I'll return it but... I don't want more people doing the same.
Does anyone know how I can get all of the items that I purchased to be shown as purchased way after the fact?
UPDATE: So I called online and they said that the people at the store should have been able to scan the barcode at the bottom of my receipt to mark it as purchased on the registry. I guess I will have to go back to the store with the receipt and see what they will do for me.

I'm not sure, but what about just deleting them off your registry so no one sees it?

I have the same exact problem! And you cant do it online. You have to call them to mark items as purchased! Ive been dreading making that call lol

What number are you going to call? The store directly or the one on the website? I guess i will have to call too.

This is what i was thinking... to edit ur registry online and just delete the items. Thats what i did when i scanned stuff while registering and wound up buying them myself before leaving the store lol

i dont think you can mark it as purchased like Babies r Us. I had to delete something someone bought me bc i couldnt figure out how to mark it as purchased

I bought something that was on my registry but it did not show up as purchased so all I did was call BBB's main number (NOT the store number) and they did it on their end.

I called the main # and they adjusted my registry cause I already had this happen with my stroller early on. My sister bought it and it didnt come off so I called.
I dont want to delete items from my registry. Cant explain why but I just dont want to =/

Just call the corporate number and have them marked as purchased. No need to go back to the store.
