RLS / Restless legs syndrome
This is the only thing that keeps me up at night!!! It takes forever to fall asleep. Not even her moving keeps me up. As of now it doesn't happen every night.
Care to share any tips to make it NOT happen.

OH GOD you just brought back unpleasant memories. TOTALLY forgot about this. I tried everything. Even putting a bar of soap between the sheets. It sucked.

YES, this happens when I am getting tired, sitting on the couch. I don't get it in bed though thank god. So annoying!
