Re: Could you imagine....

Is he in an important meeting?

If not then he should probably answer his phone, I would prob be a little annoyed too

Re: Could you imagine....

My DH doesn't answer texts often when he's busy at work. I don't worry unless he is really really late. He probably didn't hear it.

Re: Could you imagine....

LOL I actually can imagine bc my DH did the same thing to me just a few nights ago - not to mention that it was the day after I had an amnio done and really could have used his help with my 6 yr old. he def should have answered your call bc ya never know - it could have been very important. Tell him that he needs to be on high alert from this pt forward.

Good luck! Chat Icon

An hour and half is annoying but I wouldn't fume over it. More than 2-3 hours would have me seething!

Re: Could you imagine....

Doesn't bother me. He goes out to dinner meetings all the time. No need for me to bother him if it's not an emergency. He goes on over night tuna trips too. Right now he's doing a full day of fishing. Can't get a hold of him if I needed to but if I had an emergency I always have someone I can turn to.

I agree and I'm 28 weeks preggers. He most likely just didn't hear it and then forgot to check it.

Re: Could you imagine....

It took him over 2 hours to check his phone. IMO, if I was out and he was pregnant I would make sure I hear my phone lol. Unfortunately, thats NEVER going to happen. I'm a high risk pregnancy and I have a 21 mo old DS at home.... family should come first. I had to speak to him about something important, but not an emergency per se. But the more I called and the more he didn't pick up the more POed I got thinking if something was wrong it shouldnt take over 2 hours to reach him. MENChat Icon
