Closing on nightmare house next week!!!
We are scheduled to close Thursday!!! I can't believe it's finally here - it's all happening so fast, 
Fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here on out . . .

In Floral Park. The town is bonkers!! I almost gave up and walked away so many times, but if everything happens for a reason, it will hopefully all be worthwhile. In a strange way, it is working out pretty well with our current lease on our apartment, which is through September. We'll have overlap to do work and move in before the fall.
