Can round ligament pains hurt baby
I was tossing and turning all night and had them all night because of it. Then I just tripped over my jeans and got another pain. I bent down to cuff them and got another pain. Now I'm cramping.
THIS is why I need a doppler.

No of course not!!!! Your uterus is stretching to accommodate your growing baby - it all means that your baby is developing!!!! Your ligaments stretching and causing you pain will have no effect on Baby!!

But I'm only cramping after I stumbled. (didn't fall).

You likely just pulled on them even more than they're used to stretching... This happened to me once when I tripped in my office. I didn't fall but the trip itself made it pull and it hurt. I also still get pains when I turn over at night.

No (and I had really awful ones with DD that landed me in the hospital for a few days). It sucks for you, but the baby is fine in there.
Feel better! Tylenol did nothing for me. The only thing that truly helped was a maternity support belt from Motherhood Maternity. Best $30 I spent all pregnancy lol.
