Am I making a big deal out of this
DH own our home, its a 1 family detached house, private driveway.
Every garbage collection my next door neighbor drags his garbage pail out through our driveway and its usually around 10;30- 11:00 at night. By this time I am usually in bed as I am up at 5 am. Every time he does this it wakes us up and the dog starts going crazy barking. It takes me a while to calm him down so we can get back to sleep. Before I got the dog it annoyed me but now that we have Shamrock and since its disrupting our house I want to say something because its really starting to piss me off.
Am I making too much of this? Would you say something or just let it go.

I dont understand it either. He keeps his pails in the backyard on that side of the house. Guess he is too lazy to carry to his driveway.

I agree. He can bring his garbage out any time he wants, but he should not be dragging it through your driveway, especially late at night.

I think I am going to have DH talk to him and if he still does it... well...I wanted to put up a fence for the dog anyway.

If he brought the pail out that side of his house but not on your property it would probably still make some noise so I'm not sure your problem would be solved just by staying off your property...

Definitely. He might not realize how much noise and disturbance he's creating. A friendly heads-up may get him to change his ways.
