help me find these window shades
I've been seeing these in lots of windows and love them but I have never seen in a store. Here's my best description...
They look like paper and the bottom has a circular sort of a fan design that is pinched up in the middle.

I am almost certain that they are the temporary paper shades home depot sells. my neighbor had them and she used the clips they come with to get them to hang like that

My mom ordered hers at Home Depot I think. They were a few hundred dollars.
