Does anyone know anything about best buy insurance for phones?
I just cracked the screen of my iPhone. I have best buy insurance. Does anyone know if they'll just fix my phone or replace it?

not sure about best buy insurance but i have the one thru verizon and am only able to have 2 incidences per year - including cracked screen then they drop me..
the deductible is $200 and you get whatever they have in stock (as per the rep i spoke to )
i got the screen replaced for $80 at a place that repairs phones
if its the same kind of restrictions and deductible i would look to get it done by a someone that repairs phones

From what I was told when I got my iPhone last month and purchased the BB insurance, if they can't fix it ( and I'm pretty sure they can't fix a cracked screen) they will replace it. No questions asked. That's why I got their insurance.

They send it out for you, you will get it back in 3-5 business days. But they also can give you refurbished phones, and if they dont have your color in stock they will give you whatever they want. I've done it twice now, first time I got a new white iPhone back, 2nd time it was used and black. I'll never purchase through them again since customer service told me they didn't really care since its still an iPhone.

Yup, this is true. Any time DH broke a phone, BB gave him a new one. He lives this insurance
