I need to get this off my chest
As much as I like my OBGYN I truly hate his office staff, they are just impossible to deal with - front desk people & nurses - just terrible!
I am seriously trying my best to not snap at them which would finally force me to switch, but I just like the OB too much to take the risk.
This is why I never liked big practices and have always avoided them, but took a chance with this one bc of the Dr ... Never again!
Sorry, just had to vent...

 i'm sorry its really hard when the support staff sucks since you have to deal with them on a more daily basis.

I would mention it to the Dr how upsetting it is for you to deal with them because they are just so rude. I'm sure he'll have a talk with them.

This is my exact situation with my Dr.'s office... I can't even tell you what I have had to deal with since the beginning of my pregnancy.... lost blood results, cancelling appointments left and right, scheduling an appt just to go there and find the door locked,... but I just LOVE the doctors.
It's def tough to deal with.

I left a practice at 20weeks partially for that reason. I told the Dr how horrible it was and he did not care.
I left the practice at 20 weeks and was so happy I did since at 28 weeks I developed blood clots and I do not think the old Dr would ahve handled it the same way.
I picked the original Dr because his sister is a very close family friend....when she found out I left she told me she completely understood.
If you really do nto liek the place change if you can....when you are PG you have so many appts and they are more frequent as time goes by...you have to me happy.
