for those who exclusively pump
I have been EP for 4 weeks and I seem to be getting less and less when I pump. I started out getting close to 4oz from each side, now I barely get 3 oz on each side. I am starting to get a little worried now that I am giving her close to 4 oz at each freeding.
Does this mean that my milk may be drying up, or could there be something else going on?

I EP'd for 8 weeks. About a month in I noticed the same thing so I just made sure that I pumped the same number of times that he took a bottle so that my body could keep up with his needs. I also started taking Fenugreek and uping my water intake a lot. I gradually increased after that.
