I'm making steak, mashed potatoes and baby spinach sauteed in garlic & olive oil.
I'm having chicken tenders instead of steak though  The steak is for DH

French onion soup, filet mignon, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Also made homemade choc. donuts with homemade whip cream and strawberries for dessert

I bought vodka sauce and heart shaped ravioli from Uncle Giuseppe's. Feeling a bit sick and i'm working tonight so I don't think I will be eating dinner at home. We did go out last night though.

Garlic and Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts, parslied red potatoes and spring mix side salads with balsamic and oil.
Then for dessert DD requested mini cupcake brownies with whipped cream and strawberries! We baked the mini brownies, just have to dress them up after dinner!
