Congrats! I had a big baby too, it's not easy pushing them out - good job mama! He's a cute little chunker, and so tall(long)!!
Def. take a stool softener, I was scared too, haha.

Congratulations - he's beautiful!! 
Good job pushing out such a big baby (both my boys were 9lbs +, too)! Not easy, but by bigger babies sleep through the night more quickly, IMO.
For the BMs, I'd suggest a little prune juice every morning (only 4-6oz worked for me). It was terrifying to think of disturbing the stitches, but I found the longer I waited the more uncomfortable and nervous I was.
