I think that if you use a different email address to sign up, then think about it, the powers that be would not know that it was that same person.

Not all IP addresses are banned...hence why one poster is able to make so many "fakie" names...Ron just doesn't have the capacity to do that for everyone!
To answer your question...YES! They can come back...and I'm with you...I think some have come back.

They figured out a fakie about a year ago when lif first opened based on their posts/avatars.

I think some people have very distinct "styles"- even little things like misspelling the same word in a unique way, or little sayings, etc. I used to post on a board with a huge fakie problem and I figured out a couple fakies based on how they wrote.

That is so true. I think usually everyone has a style of writing and you can figure it out if you really pay attention.

To answer your question...YES! They can come back...and I'm with you...I think some have come back.
I used to be a Forum Administrator on another site (I know, I'm a dork/geek!) and that's correct, you can't always ban IP addresses because many times there are other's that may be on the same IP addy, or string of IP addy's based on the main address. Therefore, if you banned it, you would ban a whole lot of other people too.
