My 23month old love Lunch Monkey. It's an educational game which does colors, shapes, sizes and memory games.

My 3yrs old loves Teach Me - Toddler and sometimes does Teach Me - Kindergarten (too old but he still likes it). This is a phenominal app. They little mouse teacher grades the child and you'll be able to see what they do well in. The toddler game does colors, letters, numbers shapes. The kindergarten game does all this with addition/subtraction.

Games that aren't educational - Lego (free game); Toy Story Mania ($4.99); Toy Story Memory Game; Sprout Kids (watch tv episodes); Mashmellow Maker (free); Donut Maker (free)...these are just for fun; Puzzles/Story Games - Winnie the Pooh, Nemo, Cars & Mickey Mouse...these are short stories and then you put a puzzle together during the story.
