I've mainly heard spicy food and more recently, Okra! I think it has to do with the sliminess

They claim a specific restaurant has eggplant Parm that sends alot of mamas into labor, you can google it and find the recipe. That said I got eggplant Parm from a local restaurant and ate it two days in a row and I went into labor the second day I ate it
