Anyone ever break out in a sweat out of nowhere?
I was getting a maternity massage today, and was all excited and ready to enjoy myself, but then all of a sudden, since they wrap you up like a burrito and use heated oil or lotions or whatever, all of a sudden I started to feel a little sick and overheated. I broke out in a sweat, like, POURING sweat, and asked the lady if she could please get me some water. I think I scared her, she thought I was going into labor.
I felt better after drinking 3 plastic cups of water.
I guess, moral of the story is, to stay hydrated.
But this has happened to me once before, I woke up at 4 am in a sweat. I always have water by my bed, and after drinking, I felt better.
Has anyone else experienced this?

With my DS, I had bad night sweats the last few weeks of pregnancy and they were REALLY bad postpartum. For me, they got better once I started to get my period again. Def stay hydrated!

Yes! It happened to me when I was at my primary dr. I freaked her out. My blood sugar level dropped really low. She made me drink and eat a protein bar. It happens to me when I don't pay attention to eating every few hours. I suddenly start to sweat badly and get the shakes.

My temperatures fluctuate a lot! Everyone else can be freezing cold in the house and wearing sweaters and I'm wearing a t-shirt or a tank and I'm sweating like a meatball!! 
BTW, I had a prenatal massage years ago with my first pregnancy and they never wrapped me up like a burrito! Where did you go?

I'm generally either really hot or really cold. Generally hot, I freeze everybody out at work lol.

I am having random sweats myself. For instance, last night I woke up in a pool of sweat, tmi I know! It is gross! But it does happen at random times!

Yes!!! I get the sweats out of no where. It reminds me of my mom or grandma's hot flashes!!

I went to St Tropez - I was under some blankets that were a little warm. The massage was wonderful, though!
