anyone else?
My legs, hip joints, calves and ankles are aching me today! BAD!
The last two nights I have been getting charlie horses. I have been trying to make sure that I drink enough water and am getting enough calcium, potassium, etc.
I have a doc appointment next week, so I will ask then...but this is normal right? And if you have this, do you take tylenol or just ride it out?
TIA!

I hope its normal because this is how i have been feeling also. As well as my fingers being so swollen that they burn!!
Usually I try not to take a tylenol because most of the time it doesnt help anyway but I have taken one once or twice.
Feel Better!!

I feel the same way! My whole body just aches sitting in a chair all day - i have to get up and stretch and such, but it comes back after 5 minutes of sitting again!

Re: anyone else?
Im in the same boat. Does it usually happen in the morning? The nurse said that it could be a sign of dehydration if it happens in the morning. This usually happens to me when I get out of bed. I find it really hard to even roll over without my hips, back, legs, stomach or feet hurting.

In the morning for sure, but it usually goes away fairly quickly. today however my right leg is aching like I havent felt yet. It goes from the lower back, into the socket hip joint, down the leg into the calf (which hurts the worst) and into the ankle. I am trying to keep my legs elevated at my desk and get up and take walks around...
I am hoping this is a fluke and that my leg will feel better tomorrow.
