Any NYC teachers take 30 day grace period?
I was negative days so I only was able to take a 30 day grace period. I had my baby on December 8 and still halve not received and money. I emailed my secretary today and she said my leave has to be processed before they figure out how much money they owe me or how much I owe them! I totally don't understand how I would owe them! I've been off completely unpaid! Can anyone that has been trough this explain the process!! Thanks

What is the 30 day grace period? I have been trying to figure out how to get more time off with pay by using the days in my bank. I have plenty of them but I was told that six weeks is six weeks and that I can't get anymore unless there are complications.
