Yeah, I knew about arsenic in rice. Rice milk actually has a warning on the box. It's really sad that so many things have the potential for harm

Both white and brown, but more of a problem with brown, according to this article.
Of course, over the past year, I started incorporating brown rice pasta into our diet so that we weren't always eating wheat (we love pasta).

I hate all these stories. This reminds me of the eggs are good/eggs are bad debate. You start to feel like nothing is safe to eat anymore and they're constantly changing the rules! We switched to brown rice years ago to be healthier and now we're putting arsenic in our bodies. Awesome.

really?? I have some rice milk at home but i haven't drank any since the pregnancy. Wouldn't have even thought to read the label
