the nutritionist said...?
Since I can't use sugar anymore and I won't use artificial sweetners while preg that stevia is definately safe during pregnancy. Is this true? Tyyy

There are not enough studies out to say it is completely safe. But from what I have read everything points to that it is.
I stayed away from anything other than regualr sugar. Never added sugar to anythign so I guess it was just thing that were made with sugar.
