vagina hurts! is this round ligament pain?
So the other night i was pushing my son in the big grocery shopping carts that he drives, rounding the corner and BAM... shooting pain in my vagina. Like enough where i want What the H*ll was that?!?!?!?
I found when i took smaller steps it was okay but god forbid i took my normal big strides.... ouch.
Then laying in bed the other night and turning over a certain way... more shooting pains in my groin. Pulling my leg up this morning in the shower to shave and the same thing again.
Today i feel really heavy down there like the baby moved and is sitting in my vagina. 
Is this round ligament pain? i never had it with #1.
ETA: i'm 29 weeks

How far along does this happen? I have been having a soreness in vaginal with sharp, shooting pain that lasts a second and comes and goes periodically.
I am 12 weeks.

My round ligament pain never hurt in my V.
I get pressure down there but it wasn't from round ligament.

I had round ligament pain in my V CONSTANTLY when I was pregant with DD...luckily it hasn't been as bad (yet, I'm 22 weeks) with this pregnancy.
It is a freakin' pain! Literally! It hurts like h-e-!-!

I get the same thing. Like not internally, but in the area where my groin meets my legs. Random shooting pains. My midwife said its ligament pain.

It could definitely be round ligament pain. I had the same thing. Although when I mentioned it to my doctor he said the baby was probably pressing on a nerve. With mine, only one side of my vag hurt. It was bizarre!

Yeah it feels like i was riding a horse all day and like i want to walk around holding my va-jay-jay. 
Then when i get the sharp pain right there... yikes!
well this is fun.

I posted about this last week. I'm 29 weeks and started experiencing the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I now call it "horseback riding soreness" because that's just what it feels like! My dr said it's normal and not to be worried... probably just some pressure and/or inflammation down there.

This! I'm 35 weeks and have had this since week 29 and the baby has been very low since that week. It literally feels like my V is going to rip in half. I spoke to my Ob and she said it's also the bones starting to move apart...so combine that with a head on your cervix and you are going to be sore! Do pelvic rocks and cat/cows to take some pressure off. GOOD LUCK!

omg I had this at the end of my pregnancy (last month) with my daughter and it was horrible!!!

My midwife told me to get a maternity support band (with velcro) -- which she called a "bra for the uterus" to help alleviate the pressure down below.

it's bad enough some of my pants are pulled up over my stomach, but to wear a bra for my uterus... ummm yeah no thanks. I think i'll pass and suffer instead.
