I always get boots at target. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on somethign that they use 5 times in a year!

I ordered a pair last night from lands end $31. I did not see the $5 target ones.
There seem to be a few on the target website for $18-29.

I use the lands end ones and they have been great for both my girls for a couple of years. I get the flurry boots (they start at size 5).

i dont have a toddler how ever i was looking for boots for her for a photoshoot and found some at Marshalls so i am thinking you can try marshalls and/or tjmax and you probably would get a good deal

last year I waited til the last min and got them at stride rite for like $45. This year, my mom bought them at Target for about $15-20
