Always. I learned my lesson when I was 18. My car was hit on the driver's side by someone going at least 40mph, my car rolled and flipped about 3 times and landed upside down. I walked out without a scratch - though I ended up having a huge bruise on my collarbone from the seatbelt holding me upside down while I came to after the accident. The accident investigator told me I would have died if I hadn't been wearing my seatbelt.
When I met DH, he NEVER wore a seatbelt. Now he wears it all the time  You might say I had something to do with that 
I was in a similar accident- our car flipped onto the roof. In a way, the accident my cousin had a few years earlier saved my life- she wasn't in a seatbelt and was hurt badly. My whole family began wearing our religiously after that (and I think it was before it was the law)

Yes, I do. I made it a habit years ago. And thankfully, I feel very weird for the few minutes I dont have it on.
I automatically know something is missing.

I was terrible at wearing seat belts. Even after I was in a bad crash in which my head broke a window (I was a passenger). Theonly thing that got me to wear a seatbelt was finding out I was pregnant. I wear it all the time

Always, and if Im driving I make the passenger where his seatbelt too or else I wont drive him.
I remind Anthony everytime he starts driving to put on his seatbelt.

Always! I have been doing it for so many years - it is such a habit - I don't even realize that I put it on sometimes.
The only time I have not was right after my c-section. But I am back to wearing it already.
