Making chocolate lollipops in advance - quick question
I read online that I can make them in advance and keep them in a cool, dark place (I want to make them Wednesday, his birthday lunch on Sunday) but my question is...
Can I put them in the plastic wrappers also? I have plastic wrapper bags and wanted to wrap the bottoms with red ribbon...
  What do you think?

No fridge! They'll sweat once they come out -- then they'll get streaky.
I put them in a cool, dark place. Closet or garage works great.

No fridge. I used to work at a chocolate store. Cool, dark place is ideal.

I have always heard no fridge. It will turn them white. I just put them in a plastic box in the closet.
