Anyone have a child that sleeps with their eyes open?
My son does and yes it is very weird. I heard its hereditary but noone in our families that we know of does it...

like half open? My DS used to this sometimes, especially when he'd fall asleep in the stroller. The only person I know who does this in my family is my sister. I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

My brother used to do it. Freaked me out a bit  . He grew out of it though. Actually DH told me I fell asleep with my eyes open halfway the other day. I blame it on the fact that I was up all night with a sick toddler the night before

DS does this too. They are half open but it looks like he's still awake. As he falls deeper and deeper into sleep they usually end up closing all the way, sometimes staying open just a little bit but yes, super creeps me out and no one in our family does this. When I was younger there were twin 5 yr olds on my bus that would fall asleep every morning and have their eyes wide open, super creepy lol.
