CAR SEAT CHECK - SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 24th
There are still appointments open for the Nassau County Car Seat Check at 170 Cantiague Rock Road, Hicksville, NY 11801.
From 10:00am to 2:00pm, trained, certified technicians will be availablr to inspect, adjust and help iinstall your Child Safety Seat.
90% of car seats are installed wrong - is yours one of them?
Who should have their seats checked? Everyone! Especially those seats that were installed by friends, family, neighbors who said they have installed their kids seats for years. Not only should you not let them install your seat --- they need to have theirs checked.
Call 571-9664 through Friday to make an appointment. If you cannot call by then, feel free to come in.

Just wanted to say I got mine and my moms car seat checked today and so glad I did!! I didn't have it tight at all!! Now it does not move an inch. The girl even got in there and jumped on the seat. Great job!

We were there today too!
Great experience - easy and quick and free - and even though our seats only needed minor adjusting, now I feel like my boys are much safer in the car!
We had the straps on the boys much too lose!

We went today too! I had an extra seat installed for a friend, but DS's seat was good (but had to be moved). Thanks!

I may or may not have jumped into a few seats myself 
So glad that you had a good experience!
Thanks to all that came and participated in making today's event such a success. We checked over 50 seats! Thankfully the rain held off for the day, too.
