Really shocking but I don't even think it looks like plastic surgery!! This looks like anorexia to me, the gaunt face and bony wrists & limbs. So sad, I hope she's getting help if that's what it is 
My first thought upon seeing these pics. This screams anorexia not plastic surgery.

I don't think she had work done, I think that poor girl has an eating disorder. 
That, IMO, looks NOTHING like plastic surgery, bad or otherwise. That looks like she's starving herself.

I have a hard time believing that is her!!!! She had a very pretty face before..if it is her I agree with everyone... she looks unhealthy and ashen!!!

THIS. Look at her teeth in both pictures--the after picture is not one of a healthy girl. So sad :( I hope she gets help soon, but I'm sure the new modeling contract won't help much.
