Money Saving Tip : Halloween alternative to hand out..

I'm always thinking cheap (its a fault)


So last year when we went trick or treating some folks were giving out glow braclets to the kids. I thought, well that's cool.

Target has them on sale right now in the $1 bins. 15 per container. You can get 75 of them for $5 which is pretty sweet. I bought 4 containers. One for AJ's bday parties, three for halloween. Then realized, I won't be home! Still going to take them with us to Disney.

I am not sure they'll last a whole year if I keep the left overs for next year any idea? (un-'cracked' of course)

If ya'll are interested though, I thought I'd pass it on.

That is a great idea! I bought a bunch of stickers last year. I think I got 10 sheets for $1 in the dollar store. Most of the kids loved this and I saved a lot of $$. Plus, as a parent, I appreciate nonfood items.

I love that any leftovers can still be used by my kids and will be 0 calories
