Getting DD to drink more? Advice needed...
Anyone have advice on how to get DD to drink more? She was doing so well for a little while, but lately I feel like we are taking steps back. Now I am trying to get her to drink milk out of a cup. She will take a sip here and there, but has never finished a cup of water or milk. I have tried a little juice mixed with water, she makes a face like it's the grossest thing ever.
She is pushing bottles of milk away after an ounce or 2, so from what I have read, she is ready for cups.
We are using straw cups right now. I have used regular sippy cups and she just sucked on the spout so I went with the straw. I'd like to stay with the straw, if possible.
Words of wisdom? Advice? Anything is appreciated. Thank you.
